Please note: The appointment of a Party Wall Surveyor is a statutory appointment which means we are not employed and do not have a contract with the Owner. The expenses for the works carried out will be written into the Award and payable once it is served. Our fixed fee pricing structure is based on one Adjoining Owner only.  We do not charge VAT
